Before there was The Purpose Habit…
Before I had a business around helping people create lives that feel meaningful and alive…
Before I had language for things like manifestation, intuition, capacity or becoming your future self…
There was just me, trying to figure my own life out.
And honestly, I’ve been doing that for a long time.
I’ve always been the person who wanted to know why.
Why are we here? What drives us?
Why do some people seem to wake up knowing what they’re meant to do while others spend years feeling lost?
Why can you have a life that looks perfectly fine on paper and still feel like something is missing?
And maybe most importantly:
What does it actually take to create a life that feels like YOU?
That question has followed me through a lot of different chapters.
College.
A completely different career.
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Yoga.
Teaching.
Breathwork.
Personal growth.
Writing for Team Tony Robbins.
Starting businesses.
Starting over.
And eventually, The Purpose Habit.
Looking back, it all makes so much more sense than it did while I was living it.
Every chapter was teaching me something about what it means to listen to yourself.
To trust the nudge.
To let go of the version of your life you thought you were supposed to want.
To choose again.
And somewhere along the way, I became fascinated by something even deeper.
Because I started noticing that knowing what you want isn’t always the hard part.
Sometimes you know.
You can feel it.
You can practically see it.
But something still holds you back.
And that question sent me down a rabbit hole I’ve been in for the last two years.
A rabbit hole that has changed the way I think about everything from purpose to manifestation to possibility.
And there’s one particular moment from my past that keeps coming back to me.
A moment I didn’t realize was planting a seed at the time.
I’ll tell you about that next time.
